General information.

STEFANOTURCO adopts a policy of personal data protection extremely attentive to the relationship of trust existing with users and the right to privacy governed by the Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003.

This document informs the user, in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, regarding the purposes and methods of processing personal data by STEFANOTURCO and the rights that are recognized by current legislation.

In the processing of data that can directly or indirectly identify the person, we try to respect a principle of strict necessity. All this information is contained in this Information. Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain from STEFANOTURCO:

a) updating, rectification or, when there is interest in the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has, however, the right to object in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct marketing or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
